We are now back in Australia. First of all thankyou for sending our misplaced washing home to us. It arrived safely. We would also like to thank you for the wonderful service provided by your staff while staying at your hotel. The position of the hotel was ideal in allowing us easy access to all of Istanbul's magnificent sites. The young gentlemen at the reception desk were very friendly and most helpful. We loved their sense of humour and would have no hesitation in recommending your hotel to our family and friends. For us Turkey was a real highlight of our overseas trip.
